Solablok RC-211
Zahabiya SOLABLOK RC-211 is an innovative solar reflective roof coating which substantially solves the heat gain problem of buildings during hot summer days. With an exceptionally high solar reflectance of 88%, it reflects bulk of the sun’s heat. Thus, the roof remains cooler by up to 15°C giving a saving of up to 40% in air conditioning cost. Long service life is ensured due to its excellent waterproofing, weather/ UV resistant and very low dirt pickup properties. Its UV cross linking technology keeps the dirt out, ensuring easy maintenance and cleaning of the coating. Tested against ASTM E1980, the coating has a Solar Reflective Index (SRI) of 110, conforming to all international green building & energy conservation standards for cool roofing.
