Vinyl Compound ZVC-8/1001
ZVC-8/1001 is a PVC based plastisol compound available in various shore hardness. suitable for metal endless air filters which cures only on stoving at the suggested temperature. The filter paper is placed in the die containing liquid plastisol and heat cured. The product, once cured at 150°C to 180°C forms a smooth soft seal/ gasket which is safe in handling, non-flammable, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-cracking, non rusting to metal, cold and hot water proof, vapour barrier, fuels, oils and solvent proof.
In Automobile industry, this product finds application as an effective cavity sealer.
In filter manufacturing, ZVC-8/1001 is used extensively as pourable moulding compound for production of air filters of various different types of vehicles including cars, buses, tractors, generators etc.
