ZSAC-10/55 is cold applied & ready to use, low VOC, acrylic elastomers based water proof liquid membrane & sealing system, applicable at all stages of construction from below-grade construction up to roof top. The coating has exceptional elongation (more than 400%), UV resistance, weather resistance as well as high resistance to varied temperature profiles, making it an ideal exterior coating for roofs, slabs & other building materials. It’s very high water impermeability & salt resistance properties make it most suitable for saline and water-logged environments. It penetrates in capillaries & pores, sealing and strengthening the concrete/ masonry thereby preventing the decay/ erosion of applied surfaces. Also reduces direct sun-heat transmission when applied in white colour. ZSAC-10/55 is non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-cracking, non-fungal and safe for drinking water applications. Available in many colours.
