This two component, high solid, penetrating primer based on latest epoxy technology, which enables the coating to be applied on floors with oily stains and/ or substantial surface moisture. These unique properties make the primer the best choice for epoxy coatings to be applied for rejuvenating old floors such as automobile repair shops, garages, hangers etc. where it is impossible to completely remove the absorbed oil. Also, the primer can be applied on concrete floors with high moisture content as well as green concrete. The primer can be over-coated with any conventional epoxy or polyurethane based coating.
